Through interaction with local students, participants can improve not only their English skills, but also their understanding of the educational, political and economic landscape of the foreign country. You can choose among the United Kingdom, the United States or Australia.

Robotic Camp in UK

Students will enter the tech camp based in London to learn robot programming, and assemble electronic components to make their very own robots. They can also enhance their English proficiency by immersing in the British English environment. Staying with local host family is also an ideal way to experience the British life.
  • Use the micro:bit ecosystem to learn the core programming concepts and techniques, and to create your own robot. Get ready for robotic competitions with your classmates!

  • UK class experience: attend classes with local students, experience the local classroom culture and learn about the latest developments in science, mathematics and technology (S.T.E.M)
  • Visit top technology companies: for example Microsoft and Cisco to learn about the operation and technological development of international technology organisations
  • Visit the Bloodhound SSC Rocket Regional Competition and Technology Center: Visit the Bloodhound SSC Rocket Vehicle Technology Center in Bristol to learn about the engineering design of the rocket vehicle with the world-record speed of 1,000mph, communicate with engineers, and participate in Rocket Car Production and Competition in local schools.
  • STEM design tasks with local students: After learning about STEM programming in groups, the students will work with British students on design missions and present their creation to the teacher.
